Monkey Fruits
(Serves 4)

Ingredients
- 4 each Bananas, peeled and sliced into 2-inch rounds
- ½ cup Fat-free vanilla yogurt
- 3 Tbsp. Shredded coconut, or crushed cereal (granola, grape nuts, whole grain puffs etc.)
*You can use banana, pineapple, mango, honey dew melon, or cantaloupe chunks, or strawberries(halved). Monkeys love them too!
Instructions
- Wash the fruits before you use them
- Peel and slice banana into 5 pieces and/or remove tops from strawberries
- Roll banana slices or berries into yogurt with a tooth pick or spoon to coat
- Drop yogurt covered fruit into crushed cereal or coconut in small bowls or cups
- Pierce completed monkey fruits with toothpicks and remove to platter
